Fifteen women responded to an online advertisement to donate breast milk. The milk is screened and tested then pasteurized before being added to other ingredients to make the ice cream. Owner of the London ice-cream store, Matt O'Connor, has described his product as organic and free-range.
I wonder whether South African ice-cream lovers would choose mother's milk flavour over double chocolate?
