The 48 Hour Film Project is open to absolutely anyone who thinks they've got what it takes to make a movie in just 48 hours. All writing, shooting, editing and scoring will have to be done in just two days - over the weekend of 6 - 8 September. If you take on the challenge, you'll be part of three South African cities and one of 125 cities worldwide competing. The winning Joburg film will be in the running for top honours at Filmmapalooza in the US at the 48 Hour Film Project's annual awards. The top 12 films worldwide will be screened at the Cannes Film Festival's Short Film Corner.
As spacing is limited, admissions will work on a first come, first served basis, so if you'd like to try out, click here
