Beginner Yoga In The Park
Whether you are completely new to yoga or you would like to restart after taking a break, or you would simply like to revisit and strengthen all the basics of your yoga practice, this series is for you!
Every class will include an introduction to breathing techniques, some core work, a warm up, a standing sequence, and a series of seated/lying down poses towards the end of the session including a short relaxation at the end.
It’ll cost you R600 for five sessions.
