I teach a different pattern every week which you can have fun with during the week as you create ME time for yourself. As this starts to become a regular practice, you will start to notice that you are calmer, less anxious, more focused to name but a few of the benefits.
All you need is paper and pen / pencil. If you want to have a sketchbook or journal, you can also use this for your doodling practices.
