Go-Karting in Jozi

Here's something different to do on a weekend in Joburg. When was the last time your donned a helmet and hit the racing track in a go-kart? Too much of fun, I tell you. Speeding around the track really gets your endorphins flowing and your adrenalin pumping and afterwards you feel fantstic, if a little exhausted and slightly shaken.

Compu-kart Raceway is a great indoor racetrack and they have a bar on the mezzanine level overlooking the track (although they have strict "no drinking and driving" policy so you'll have to drive first and then get pissed). They also serve food but I can't say whether it's any good. Try at your own risk.
The karting can cost anywhere between R50 (for ten laps) and R200 for a mini grand prix. If you go on a Monday, you can have unlimited laps from 6pm to 11pm for R200.

Get your friends together, go in a big group and hold a mini grand prix or even a super grand prix (if you're really popular and have 20 people to bring along). Awesome fun!
