Fak’ugesi launches Digital Africa Exhibition
The exhibition features new digital art from Agrica

Taking place for the first time at the annual Fak’ugesi African Digital Innovation Festival is the the Digital Africa Exhibition.
Opening Friday 8 September and running over the duration of the festival, the exciting New Media and Technology Art Exhibition will showcase the very latest digital practices.
Artists on show will be works from the Fak’ugesi Resident Artists from the SADC region, Dananayi Muwanigwa and Kombo Chapfika from Zimbabwe, and Julia Hango of Namibia. A selection of VR works and films will also be on show.
A new collaboration will come in the form of a piece by songstress Nonku Phiri and The Honey’s Rendani Nemakhavhani which will be exhibited alongside works by Tabita Rezaire, Brooklyn J. Pakathi, Rick Treweek, and Anthea Pokroy.
All of these events, artworks and creative collaborations will take place at the newly-built Accelerator building within the Tshimologong precinct.
